Comes with Trio Family full awning and NR Sardinia porch awning (both worth over £500), both in as new condition and hardly used. Included too: wastemaster, leisure battery, gas bottle, spare wheel, wheel brace, step and set crockery, cutlery
and saucepans. Also freestanding table and smaller clip on type table.

Hot and cold water in kitchen and bathroom. Thetford cassette loo and shower in bathroom. 4 burner hob, grill, oven, fridge in kitchen. Ample storage around van.

Interior in extremely good and clean condition. Seating still like new as always kept covered. Exterior also in very good condition. Seating makes 2 single beds or one huge kingsize bed. All windows have blinds, front windows curtains too and front side windows fly screens. All in good working order.
