Advent Holiday Homes
The York-based Advent Homes group is a relatively new entrant in the market for park homes and lodges. Advent acquired Homeseeker Homes, a leading maker of park homes, in August 2004. Park homes are designed as traditional bungalows but are completely factory-built. The units may be permanently sited in holiday or residential parks, with connections to all utilities. The National Park Homes Council says over 250,000 people currently live in these parks.
- Saffron - The Saffron (Single) Leisure Lodge appears larger than its 14' width, but provides the build quality and stylish interiors characteristic of Advent lodges. The lodge features an open-plan layout, with the roomy living area leading directly to a spacious kitchen that easily takes in an oven and hob with hood cover, an integrated fridge/freezer unit, and a washing machine. There's enough space in the master bedroom for a full-sized bed and wardrobes with ample storage. A bedroom beside a family bathroom rounds out the living accommodations. Standard dimensions are 14' widths and 40-46' lengths; different dimensions may be ordered as special options, along with vaulted ceilings for the bedroom.
- Rosemary - The Rosemary Leisure Lodge has vaulted ceilings that give an airy look to the living area. Furnishings and fabrics are done in contemporary styles with several choices available. The open-plan layout features patio doors at one side of the living area and a roomy kitchen, which includes a hob and oven with hood as standard equipment, and lots of room for fridge/freezer and other appliances. There are many choices available for tiles, flooring, cupboards and worktops.
- Rosemary Opus - The Rosemary Opus Leisure Lodge includes more features such roof windows in the living area, a complete line of kitchen appliances, flat screen TV and DVD, and leather sofas. A panoramic bay expands space in the dining area. The master bedroom comes with a shower room, and is next to a twin-bedroom and the family bathroom. Standard Opus dimensions are 20' widths and 35' to 41' with options up to 60' lengths, enabling design flexibilities to suit customer preferences, such as a study or third bedroom.
- Rosemary Omni - The Rosemary Omni Leisure Lodge is the top model in the Rosemary series. There is a large living area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with main kitchen appliances in stainless steel. The master bedroom with en-suite shower room is beside another double bedroom and a family bathroom. Larger-sized options give more space for customer preferences. Fine furnishings and fabrics decorate the living area, and a 42-inch plasma TV set serves as centrepiece of a complete home entertainment system. The Omni is available in many colour choices. Standard Omni dimensions are 20' widths and 35' to 41' with options up to 60' lengths.
- Tarragon - The 2007 Tarragon Leisure Lodge is an enhanced version of the original Tarragon 2004 model. Its spacious living area contains new furniture and interior design, with four options available for fabric colours and carpets. The kitchen has added pelmets above the window and more space to accommodate a fridge/freezer (an integrated unit is available as an option). Standard sizes are 34x20' to 60x20'.
- Tarragon Opus - The Tarragon Opus Leisure Lodge is big enough to accommodate an optional spa suite (or sun lounge), complete with a Swedish sauna. It has two (or three) bedrooms, a family bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area has roof windows and flat screen TV with DVD (air conditioning is an option), set in contemporary interior design and luxurious furnishings. Opus comes with double-glazing and central heating. Standard sizes are 20m x 6.8m for this perfect second home.
- Jasmine Opus - The Jasmine Opus Leisure Lodge features a lounge across its whole width, with two pairs of French windows to give good views of the outdoors. There are three roof windows, LCD flat-screen TV and DVD, plus leather horseshoe-shaped sofas, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a very stylish dining area, adjacent to two large bedrooms, family bathroom and a utility room. There's ample storage for all bedrooms, and the master bedroom accommodates a king-sized bed and a spacious shower room. The Jasmine Opus comes in choices of 44' to 66' lengths and 20-22' widths.
- Valerian Opus - This Leisure Lodge is full of light and excellent design, including external cladding in a combination of green Canexel and granite grey. There are two double bedrooms, en-suite shower room to master along with a family bathroom. The kitchen is well designed and equipped to a high level as standard with a range cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine as well as an american-style fridge. The Valerian comes in a range of sizes, up to 66' by 22'.
