The east Sussex based company has gained control of the Landscove and Riviera Bay Holiday Park at Berry Head in Brixham, reports the Hastings & St Leonard Observer.
With this multi-million pound deal the Park Holidays UK portfolio now includes 23 caravan and leisure parks in 23 locations across the south of England.
The acquisitions add to the company's purchase of the Dawlish Sands Holidays Park and the Paignton Waterside Holiday Park which took place last year.
Tony Clish, Park Holidays' commercial director, said: "I am delighted that we have been able to add these very fine and popular holiday parks to our group. These acquisitions make us the largest park operator in this important holiday area and confirm again our position as the largest park operator in southern England."
"We will continue to invest in all our parks to maintain our market-leading position and we have already committed record levels of investment this winter in preparation for the 2007 holiday season."
Both of the newly-bought parks accommodated over 10,000 UK holidaymakers last year.
