Yorkshire caravan park goes on sale for £7m

Rawcliffe Hall Country Club and Caravan Park is will be sold by HLL Humberts, the specialist chartered surveyors and advisers company, reports the Yorkshire Post.
The site has 43 acres of space with six houses and cottages as well as space for 239 static holiday pitches. It is also one of Blackpool's best-known holiday parks set around a Grade II listed 12th century monastic hall.
Peter Smith, director of HLL Humberts, commented: "This is an outstanding opportunity to acquire a profitable business in a unique setting and I am sure there will be keen interest both from existing holiday park operators and from business investors."
Rawcliffe Caravan Park recently won a David Bellamy Conservation Scheme Gold Award for its design and layout.
Other facilities include the creation of a new high-quality lodge development plus a reception, children's play area and a laundry.
