The 304-pitch Plas Coch Caravan Park, which is located at Llanedwen, has been a popular site for a number of years, reports ICNorthWales.co.uk.
Peerless Leisure's multi million pound purchase of the caravan park was funded by the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and the new owners plan to considerably revamp the facilities.
Derek Dunning, director of corporate banking at RBS, said: "This deal enhances their existing property portfolio and presents them with an opportunity to create an excellent caravan park in a beautiful part of North Wales."
The park is located in 60 acres of beautiful parkland with a stunning 16th century listed manor house as its focal point.
James McAllister, Talacre Beach Caravan Sales director, said: "We believe the Plas Coch site has the most potential of all within the company's property portfolio.
"The redevelopment of park will combine the best of the park's existing facilities with the natural beauty of this superb location."
