Based at Ipswich Hospital, the children's centre received the new year cash boost to help develop its services and facilities.
The popular caravan club championed the Ipswich NHS department, which is run by Suffolk Primary Care Trust, as its good cause for 2006.
Adrian Ilot, who heads up the development centre, told the East Anglian Daily Times of the difference the money will make.
He said: "We are delighted to receive such a large sum of money, which will give us a fantastic start to the new year.
"We cannot thank the caravan club enough for its tremendous support.
"The money will be put to good use to help improve the care and services we provide to children and their families."
The cheque was presented to the centre at the popular Nactoon Hallowtree Campsite on New Year's Day.
