Caravan Club Band going strong

The band, which has around 70 members and has been going since 1994, play at a variety of national events and Caravan Club rallies and the new CD, called Centenary, is expected to be a big hit.
It includes theme tunes from popular film such as the Sound of Music, Titanic, and Those Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines - not be played while driving your caravan over windy bridges.
James Greggs, a 12-year-old trumpeter in the band, whose family own a motor home, told the Wimbledon Guardian: "I've been playing with the band for a while and it's really fun.
"They'd already made one CD before I joined and when they said they were making another one I was really excited."
Earlier this month the band played at the International Caravan and Motor Home event at Birmingham's NEC.
