Of course the biggest slice of the cost is likely to be for the static caravan itself. Depending on whether you are looking to buy a new static caravan or a used one will help determine the level of cost. There are some good value secondhand caravans around if you are prepared to invest some time and effort in researching.
If you decide to buy a new static caravan direct from the manufacturer remember you will need to ensure you locate a caravan park that will accept the type of caravan you have selected, not all will. Also remember to get details of the costs to transport your new holiday home from the manufacturer to the site and the associated siting fees.
If you buy your mobile home secondhand you still might want to move it to a different park. Again consider the costs involved in moving, transporting and resiting the caravan.
Every caravan park will have costs to have your caravan sited. These include the site fees which vary from park to park and also often within a park depending on where you site your caravan; how close you are to the amenities, the view, the surroundings etc. They will of course also vary based on the size of pitch you have.
