The process you have to go through to sell a static caravan should not be too difficult. One possibility is that you want to undertake a caravan sale in order to buy a static caravan on the same caravan park.
When selling a static caravan you do need to make sure your caravan park or site fees are fully up to date; it is not good to try and sell a caravan if you have outstanding fees.
You can either sell your static caravan via the park owner if that is what both parties want or you can sell it privately. Either way let your caravan park owner know that you intend to sell your caravan and remember to keep him up to speed as the sale progresses. He may make you an offer for your caravan, perhaps particularly ideal if between you a deal can be struck for the combined caravan sales and purchase on the site, if that is what you want.
Even if your site owner does not make you an offer for your static caravan in some instance he may still force you to utilise him during the sale for such as handling the transfer of funds, assessing the value of your static caravan and approving the purchasers. For this he will take a commission, equal to a small percentage of the sale price.
If you do sell privately, you can advertise in the local shops or press etc. There are also opportunties to advertise on some websites now, including on Locate-Caravan-Finance, where you can advertise your static caravan for sale , for free for as long as you want, hopefully of course though it will be sold quite quickly.
